Term and Conditions:

All our products detailed on this website are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions and the same shall govern the contract between us. In the event of booking of any third party tours or travel products or services like a cruise, flights, coaches, sightseeing etc, the Terms and Conditions specified by such Tour Operator, including their payment schedule, cancellation, refund etc. shall be applicable, in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

The services comprising the tours are provided by independent entities that own or operate airlines, surface transportation, hotels, restaurants, kitchen caravans, caterers, ships and cruises, places of entertainment like theme parks, museums, art galleries etc. Though we select reputed suppliers after we inspect their infrastructure, however, we have no direct control over such services or persons providing such services or their staff. We cannot be held responsible if the contemplated service is not provided by the supplier or there is a defect or deficiency in the services provided by any supplier. Consequently, any delay injury, death, loss or damage is caused on the above account does not render us liable to the Clients who have chosen us as organizers. However, in case a client is not satisfied with a particular service, we can take up the matter with the supplier if we are intimated immediately as per the process described in this document.

Similarly, we do not take responsibility for any act or omission of co-travellers or third parties, if it results in injury, damage or danger to the life/limb or property of any Client.

As we book services in advance and are bound to honour the commitments as to payment to the suppliers, cancellation of services earmarked results in the Company losing money depending upon the time of communication of cancellation to the supplier and therefore, the cancellation schedule, which is based on the above amongst other factors becomes applicable on cancellation.

Description of The Services In the Website:

We upload the web-pages for several months in advance. Naturally, the web-pages describe the then available services as accurately as possible. However, factors and circumstances beyond our control like traffic problems, weather conditions, fairs, festivals, sport events, political/religious gatherings, strikes, change of management/closure of hotels/restaurants, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation/ re-routing of flights or railway, closure of / restricted entry at a place of sight seeing may result in changes in the services / itineraries. We therefore, reserve the absolute right to alter, amend, change or modify the Tour Package, Itineraries, Tour Schedule, the Travel Plan and sightseeing. Where we may know of these sufficiently in advance we would notify you, otherwise, our Tour Managers or local representative/s would inform you of the changes on the spot. 
 
In case the alternate arrangements made are materially superior as compared to the ones described in the website, we may charge extra for the same anytime.
The services to which the Client is entitled to are described in the Website and/or the price grid or the concerned Invoice as the case may be. Please note that neither our staff members nor you are authorised to promise any service or facility over and above the mentioned ones and agree upon at the point of sale.

Cancellations:

If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing, in any case the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received by Pioneer Journeys Pvt. Ltd. As this incurs the administrative cost and retention charges by the hotel, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:

Our Liabilities & Limitations:

Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments/museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Sulfurvacation.com act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants’ safety, comfort & general well being.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, the breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.

Please Note: We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc.

PAYMENTS:
For the services contracted, some advance payment should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid either before your arrival or upon arrival in INDIA – but definitely before the commencement of the services. Culture Holidays hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Besides above, in certain cases like Train Journeys, hotels or resorts booking during the peak season(Christmas/ New Tear) or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required in order to hold space on CONFIRMED BASIS. Please note that such payments are NON REFUNDABLE.
